Building in Turlock
The Planning, Building & Safety, and Engineering departments work together in the physical development of the City of Turlock. Whether it is the building of new homes, a new shopping center, constructing new roads or repairing old ones, and other public infrastructure projects the Development Services Division works together to protect the public's health, safety and welfare.

General plan, master/specific plans, zoning, current projects, environmental documents, Planning Commission.

Map and survey documents, improvement plan, public works inspection, land surveying

For projects like developing a piece of property or adding on to your home, we offer a predevelopment meeting to help identify all important issues of your project.

One time charges applied to new development, redevelopment, expansions and tenant improvements depending on the proposed use.
