Part- Time Animal Services Rescue Coordinator

DEFINITION

Under the supervision of the Chief of Police or designee, this position is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating relationships with non-profit organizations for animals to be placed in rescue. The incumbent will assist with posting eligible animals and information on our social media pages, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with surrounding rescue organizations including coordinating transportation and placement of selected animals within the City’s Animal Shelter.
