New Public Works Contractor Registration Law [Senate Bill 854]

Beginning April 1, 2015, prime contractors and subcontractors bidding on public works projects will be required to be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Prime contractors and subcontractors will be required to submit certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner using DIR's new data-driven electronic Certified Payroll Record (eCPR) reporting system. (DIR expects to have Phase I of this system deployed by early May of 2015. Contractors will be able input CPR data directly onto an online form or do a mass upload using an xml schema flat file).

Loyola Way Electrolier

The work consists, in general of: Bore or trench from the Turlock Irrigation District electrical connection to the electrolier location, install electrolier, install conduit and wiring, install BMPs, and other associated work. RFP for Transit Operations and Management Services

THERE ARE NO PROJECT PLANS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SOLICITATION. The City of Turlock, providing transit services under Turlock Transit, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for transit operations and management services for the City’s fixed-route and demand-response bus services. Interested applicants are encouraged to read the requirements as listed in this RFP and submit a proposal prior to the deadline. A site inspection will be held to provide proposers an opportunity to inspect the transit operations building and bus fleet on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. (701 S. Walnut Rd., Turlock, CA 95380). Buses in active service can be observed anytime at the start/end of each service run at the Turlock Regional Transit Center (1418 N. Golden State Blvd., Turlock, CA 95380). A pre-proposal conference will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. (Turlock City Hall, Engineering Division, 156 S. Broadway, Suite 150, Turlock, CA 95380). Hard copies of the RFP are available at a cost of $30 at the Office of the City Engineer or available for download at no cost through this website.
