Road Closure: Golden State Blvd/Golf Rd & Paulson Rd/Berkeley Ave Intersections

From September 11 through October 10, 2025, these intersections will be fully closed to traffic while Union Pacific Railroad replaces the concrete track panels at the railroad crossing. At the same time, roadway rehabilitation and final paving of the northbound Golden State Blvd lanes will be completed.

During this closure, traffic will be restricted at Paulson Rd, Berkeley Ave, and the northbound Golden State Blvd/Golf Rd intersection. Detours will be clearly posted, and drivers are urged to use caution in
the area.

Northbound Golf Rd: Detour north to Golden State Blvd, east to F Street, north to Alpha Rd, then east to East Ave.

Paulson Rd and Berkeley Ave Intersection: Closed to all traffic. Follow posted detours for alternate access.

Paulson Rd: Detour west to Linwood Ave, north to Johnson Rd, then east on East Ave.

South Berkeley Ave: Detour via Alpha Rd to F Street.

Traffic flow outside the closure area will remain in its current configuration.
