Customer Feedback Program

In an effort to continue improving the Building Department's quality of services, we have created create a Customer Feedback Program. The goals of the program are multi-faceted and include extending and reinforcing communications between the Building Department and the community, displaying a community partnership approach to building regulation and follow up of community chatter which may indicate a failure to respond or overstepping of authority.
